The PNP program is for workers who can contribute to the economy of a specific province or territory. They must have the skills, education, and work experience, want to live in that province, and want to become permanent residents of Canada.
Each province and territory (except Quebec) has its own “streams” and requirements for students, business people, skilled workers, semi-skilled workers.
Depending on which PNP you are applying to, you may need to apply using the paper-based process, or by the online process through Express Entry. In both cases, you must have a medical exam and a police check.
